This is the side that makes an appearance from time to time. It can be a force for change, just as can be problematic. What is the dark side to your zodiac sign?
Aries
On the upside, Aries is bold and adventurous. There is a lot to love about their energy and their outlook on life but, those born on this sign can be impulsive and impatient.
Combine this with their immaturity, and you can soon see how the problems can stack up. When they don’t agree with something or a great idea isn’t theirs, be prepared for childish remarks or even tantrums from this sign.
Taurus
Mentally and physically strong, Taurus tend to keep their feelings hidden deep inside. But it doesn’t take much to bring out their possessive and vain streak.
Stubborn, over-indulgent and lazy are common issues for Taurus, representing the dark side of their sign. From personal vanity over their looks to being obsessed with the latest gadgets and gizmos, they tend to push for things that they think should be theirs.
Gemini
Versatile, adaptable but easily bored, it is tough to get cross with Gemini because they are usually so very delightful.
But this pleasant demeanour can soon cross the line into being arrogant and overly self-assured. They can become ‘know-it-all’ which means they don’t shy away, even when they are clearly on the wrong trajectory. They can be flaky and unreliable too, not someone you should lend your trust to without knowing the first.
Cancer
Placing family and friends before materialistic possessions, Cancer has many positive traits, but they can be overly emotional and sensitive. The sign of the crab should be a clue to their moodiness.
On one hand, being cautious is no bad thing but combine that with being timid and sometimes it can be tough to get Cancer to move out of their comfort zones. It doesn’t take much to offend them either, so tread carefully.
Leo
Charming and lovable, they can sometimes direct this charm and love a little too much towards themselves. They demand attention and what to be the centre of it at all times.
There is no easy way to put this, but Leo is addicted to attention. Their day, week, month and life revolve around them, and only them. If you try and muscle in to steal their limelight, take care as if they feel ignored, a tantrum of epic proportions is the result.
Virgo
Incredibly judgemental, not just of themselves but others as well, there is a heavy pessimism that dogs Virgo. With their exacting standards, anything that falls below it will simply not be tolerated.
But, don’t expect to see them berate themselves as much as they do others. Virgos don’t quite apply the same lofty standards to themselves.
Libra
Their indecision is a problem and so, their dark side starts with their penchant for studying and preparing for every little thing, but never actually making a decision.
They will also attempt to keep the peace, using any means possible, even if they abandon their own values, Clearly, this is a very difficult situation to be and although they don’t mean to be malicious, Libras are not loyal.
Scorpio
With a sting in the tail, this passionate star sign is not one to be trifled with. Bad moods area baseline and with their unforgiving nature, it pays not to irritate a Scorpio.
This can make for a miserable life for Scorpio, causing them to a downward spiral into despair and darkness. And what out for their temper too, a thing of epic proportions.
Sagittarius
Well known for being blunt, this bluntness borders on the tasteless from time to time. easily bored, they can become self-righteous that sees all sense of social etiquette disappear.
Tact and subtlety fly out the window meaning that they can come across as rude and offensive, claiming that it is ‘for your own good’ as they rip you to shreds.
Capricorn
The controlling star sign, if ever there was one, and they are not ones to follow the herd or go with the flow. Thriving on gossip and negativity, when the dark side of Capricorn is exposed, no one is safe.
Neither will they think twice about using someone to further their cause.
Aquarius
Logical and smart, those born under this star sign can be quick to judge others. They can come across as introverted and detached, not a great starting point if you are trying to get to know an Aquarius.
They give great advice, but don’t follow it themselves. And because they are so eager to give advice, they don’t listen to what people are actually saying, either.
Pisces
Lacking direction, they tend to be ‘space cadets’, and aloof, even though this is an accidental trait. The oldest, wisest sign they are gullible. They go with the flow, but this can be infuriating, especially when they need to be individual or stand out.
